The GAPS Protocol has helped hundreds of people heal from many issues. Although this “tried and true” program has enabled many successes by following it to the letter, Dr. Natasha honors our uniqueness by encouraging each of us to find the foods that nourish us and avoid the ones that do not. The foods we are sensitive to today may actually nourish us after healing takes place.
